**NEW** As of July 1, 2024 we will accept credit cards online, in the office or by phone. Debit can be used in the office.

*ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL HAVE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE ADDED TO YOUR PAYMENT.

TOWNSHIP OFFICE HOURS

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM

(closed for lunch 12:00 - 12:30)

TRANSFER STATION HOURS

Saturday - 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
Tuesday - 2 pm to 3 pm (Summer only - 1st week of June to last week in August)
Thursday - 7 pm to 8 pm

BURN PERMITS

You can submit you 2026 burn permit on the website under the heading Burn Permits.

There are two permits:

1. Burn Barrel or Incinerator is valid for the year.

2. Pile or Brush Etc. is valid for 7 days.

There is no charge for either permit.

NOTICE: June 4, 2026 a fire ban has been issued until further notice. Pile/Brush permits are not being issued at this time. Incinerator/Burn Barrel, camp fires or fire needed for warmth are permissible.

Due to safety concerns, grass fires are not permitted anywhere in Burpee and Mills.

2026 DOG TAGS

2026 Dog Tags are available for $4.00 per dog. You can purchase them at the office. The application is also available under the Municipality tab and then Applications.
