BE IT RESOLVED:
That the minutes of the last council meeting held on September 7th. 2005 be approved as circulated. Subject to the addition of Elva Carter from the Planning Board being in attendance.

That road voucher No 9 for the amount of $10,176.22 be passed for payment.

RESOLUTION:
Whereas the municipality of The Township of Burpee and Mills strongly supports the proposal to develop island – wide waste recycling and disposal plan;

Be it Resolved that we approve payment of a sum up to a maximum of $5,000.oo to pay for a Waste Management Study to initiate the plan.

That we apply to the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services, Real Property Registration Branch to request permission for the Township of Burpee and Mills to examine the paper records in the land registry office in Gore Bay, (Land Registry Office # 31) without payment of normal tariff fee in our efforts to do historical research of the individual properties in the Township of Burpee.
